Carlos Alberto Hernandez Londoño is a Field Epidemiologist and Nurse at Colombia’s National Institute of Health, where he serves as a technical lead within the Public Health Emergency Operations Center. A dedicated 7-1-7 champion, he has been instrumental in integrating the 7-1-7 methodology across Colombia’s national and subnational health systems, empowering over 1,100 local jurisdictions to adopt a unified approach to outbreak preparedness and response.
